SHIPPING POLICY

  • We only ship products to confirmed addresses
  • The address has to be confirmed via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm.
  • Shipping Fee varies per state.
  • Shipping inside the US may take 7-14 business days.
  • We only ship on BUSINESS DAYS which are Monday-Friday.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday.
  • When purchasing wigs, the processing time is 7-10 business days as they are custom made to order and require more time to make.
  • Processing times may vary when ordering during a sale due to high volume.

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    ALL WIGS, HAIR EXTENSIONS, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, ARE FINALE SALE! NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS!

    Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We cannot fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment.

    All sales are final. Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at info@trinityluxuryhair.com.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Shipping Fee varies per state.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    REGARDING RAW HAIR PURCHASES

    ****Because our hair is RAW and UNPROCESSED, please note that the color may range from a mix of Black and Dark Brown.****
